a) Free shipping is available on orders of HK$500 or more. Please refer to the shipping charges above for orders less than this value.

c) Goods will need to be signed for. Please give a delivery address where someone will be available.
d) If goods are returned to eXpansys because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable.
e) In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
f) Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers, it is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings.
Circle K Self Pick-up Service
Self pick-up service is available at specific Circle K stores. You can pick-up your shipment at your preference time and location.

Terms and Conditions:
- The date of delivering shipment to the assigned Circle K shop cannot be specified.
- Shipment may be arrived at the assigned Circle shop in 2 to 3 days after being shipped out.
- Yamato will send an SMS pick-up alert to recipient when shipment arrived the assigned Circle K store. Please contact Yamato at 2829 2222 if there are any problems with receiving SMS.
- Shipment must be picked up within 3 days of receiving the SMS pick-up alert or it will be returned to Yamato after 3 days. Please contact Yamato hotline 2829 2222 or our Customer Service hotline 2405 8071 for further arrangements.
- Circel K's business hours may differ from store to store. Please refer to Shop list for details.
- Self pick-up point cannot be changed once the shipment is shipped out.
